Terms
1. Scope
These terms apply to the project page queueline.seritha.dev and to the published Queueline source code. seritha.dev does not operate Queueline for others: there is no hosted service, no sign-up and no accounts.
2. Software
Queueline is self-hosted software. It schedules and publishes your own content to your own Instagram, YouTube and TikTok accounts and displays comments on your own posts. Only content that has been manually reviewed and explicitly approved is published; Queueline never sends automated comments, likes, follows or messages. The source code is provided without warranty to the extent permitted by law; see “Licenses” for the license.
3. Your own instance
Anyone who sets up Queueline operates their instance themselves and is solely responsible for it – in particular for:
- their own developer apps at Meta, Google and TikTok and their app review,
- compliance with platform terms such as the Instagram Terms of Use, the YouTube Terms of Service and the TikTok Terms of Service,
- the rights to the published content,
- their own legal texts: privacy policy, terms of service and data deletion instructions.
4. Liability
No guarantee is given for outages or changes of the connected platforms or for the operation of third-party instances.
Use is free of charge. The provider is therefore only liable for intent and gross negligence; liability for injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.
Governing law and contact
German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. Questions to legal@seritha.dev.

Privacy
1. Controller
Simon Balz
Email: legal@seritha.dev
2. Scope
This policy applies to the project page queueline.seritha.dev. No Queueline instance runs there, there is no sign-in and no content is uploaded. Data from your Instagram, YouTube or TikTok accounts never reaches seritha.dev.
3. Hosting and server logs
The pages are delivered through the network of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. On every request Cloudflare processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, requested address, referrer, browser and operating system, and the status code – to deliver the pages, find errors and fend off attacks such as denial-of-service attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is secure and stable operation.
A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Cloudflare (Cloudflare Data Processing Addendum). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; transfers to the USA are based on the European Commission's adequacy decision for it (Art. 45 GDPR) and, alternatively, on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses included in the agreement (Art. 46 GDPR).
Where logs are enabled for troubleshooting (Cloudflare Workers Logs), they are deleted automatically after no more than 7 days. More information is available in Cloudflare's privacy policy.
4. No cookies, no tracking
No cookies are set and no analytics, advertising or social media services are embedded. No fonts or scripts are loaded from third parties; images and stylesheets are served from our own server. That is why there is no cookie banner.
5. Contact by email
If you write to legal@seritha.dev or another seritha.dev address, your address, the content and the metadata of your message are processed to reply to you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Messages are deleted once your request has been handled and no retention obligation applies.
The mailboxes are hosted by Proton AG (Proton Mail), Route de la Galaise 32, 1228 Plan-les-Ouates, Switzerland. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Proton; it forms part of Proton's terms of service (Proton DPA). The European Commission has recognised Switzerland as providing an adequate level of data protection (Art. 45 GDPR), most recently confirmed in January 2024.
6. If you run Queueline yourself
You are the controller under the GDPR for your own instance; this policy does not apply to it. As guidance for your own privacy policy, a Queueline instance processes
- data of your connected accounts (IDs, names, profile pictures, tokens – encrypted with AES-256-GCM – and the status and links of published posts),
- third-party comments on your Instagram posts and YouTube videos (username, text, timestamp, related post),
- a technical log without tokens, deleted automatically after 90 days.
The services involved are the Instagram API (Meta), the YouTube Data API (Google), the TikTok APIs, Cloudflare (Workers, D1, Access) and Supabase (media files) – each through your own accounts and agreements.
If you use the YouTube integration, your privacy policy must state that your use of Google data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
7. Your rights
Where personal data about you is processed, you have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). An informal email to legal@seritha.dev is enough. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.

Data deletion
Where Queueline data is stored
Queueline data is never stored at seritha.dev. Every instance is operated by the person who set it up – only they have access and can delete data in it.
If you operate an instance
- Disconnect the account: In Queueline under Accounts → Disconnect. The stored tokens are deleted immediately.
- Revoke access at the platforms – each for your own app:
- Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → your app → Remove.
- YouTube / Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions → your app → Remove access.
- TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services → your app → Remove.
- Delete everything: In Cloudflare, delete the Worker and the D1 database; in Supabase, delete the media bucket. Log entries are deleted automatically after 90 days in any case.
If your comments were shown in an instance
If you commented on a post whose account is managed with Queueline, please contact the owner of that account – only they operate the instance and can delete your data. seritha.dev has no access to it.

Accessibility
Our goal
Queueline should be usable by everyone. The pages use real headings, buttons and links, can be operated entirely by keyboard and show a visible focus. Colour is never the only carrier of information, text stays readable at 200 % zoom, and everything also works on narrow screens. Animations stop if you have enabled “reduce motion” in your system settings.
Conformance status
We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. No formal audit has taken place; based on our own assessment the pages are partially accessible.
Known limitations
- The app preview on the project page is decorative and hidden from screen readers.
Report a barrier
